Love hearts

Sick of this yet?!

This is the valentine's candy saying for me it seems...

Hmmm, not as random as I thought but it was fun!

NerdTests.com User Test: The Randometer Test.

nerdy!

Guess I'm not as nerdy as I thought but after seeing the questions I have a good idea than Dan will definitely score near the top!

I am nerdier than 28% of all people. Are you nerdier? Click here to find out!

28% nerdy, so 72% of people who took the quiz were nerdier than me. That's ok. I can live with that. Apparently I'm "not nerdy but definitely not hip"... I can live with that!

How evil are you?

Sesame Street

Again from Brennan's blog...

Snuffleupagus

You scored 64% Organization, 60% abstract, and 61% extroverted!

This test measured 3 variables.

First, this test measured how organized you are. Some muppets like Cookie Monster make big messes, while others like Bert are quite anal about things being clean.

Second, this test measured if you prefer a concrete or an abstract viewpoint. For the purposes of this test, concrete people are considered to gravitate more to mathematical and logical approaches, whereas abstract people are more the dreamers and artistic type.

Third, this test measured if you are more of an introvert or an extrovert.
By definition, an introvert concentrates more on herself and an
extrovert focuses more on others. In this test an introvert was
somebody that either tends to spend more time alone or thinks more
about herself.

You are somewhat organized, both concrete and abstract, and both introverted and extroverted.

I bet you didn't think you were Snuffleupagus. Let's find out why.

You are both somewhat organized. You have a good
idea where you put things and you probably keep your place reasonably
clean. You aren't totally obsessed with neatness though. Alloyius
Snuffleupagus (and all Snuffleupagus') is not sloppy by nature, but he
moves so incredibly slowly that it is impossible for him to be totally
organized.

You both are about equally concrete and abstract thinkers. You have a
good balance in your life. You know when to be logical at times, but
you also aren't afraid to explore your dreams and desires... within
limits of course. Snuffy generally has very basic interests, but he
explores his abstract sensitive side when he plays his snuffleflute.

You both are somewhat introverted. Originally Snuffleupagus was very
shy and was only Big Bird's invisible friend. However as he has aged he
has started to build new friendships with new characters. Like Snuffy,
you probably like to have some time to yourself. However, you do
appreciate spending time with your friends, and you aren't scared of
social situations.

The other possible characters are

Oscar the Grouch

Big Bird

Cookie Monster

Ernie

Elmo

Kermit the Frog

Grover

The Count

Guy Smiley

Bert

If you enjoyed this test, I would love the feedback! Also if you want
to tell me your favorite Sesame Street character, I can total them up
and post them here. Perhaps your choice will win!

Long time, I know...

Not a lot since I last wrote... or maybe a lot since I haven't been home much! Went home for my birthday and Thanksgiving. It was great to see everyone but not really thinking ahead I brought my engagement ring in for sizing and then realized that Auntie Amy and Grandma hadn't seen it yet. Sure enough shortly after walking in for Thanksgiving dinner both of them essentially said congratulation, let's see the ring! Oops!

Dan took me out for a fabulous dinner at a greek restaurant for my birthday which would have only been a little better if one of the other patrons hadn't been so rude to the rest of us sitting near by in her vulgar conversation and rude remarks to the servers. I got a whole bunch of new books and videos to go along with a new portable DVD player! Very exciting! Fuzzy gloves and scarf to match a small elephant and candle from my friends and a few things for the hope chest... like a fondue set, yay!!

I kept forgetting that we would be married and living on our own next fall. We were discussing having a Thanksgiving dinner with friends and Dan said "we could have it at our place" so I said "yeah, you've got a big house for everyone!" That got a laugh as Dan pointed out he meant OUR place! Then at dinner with the family I asked who was hosting Christmas next year asking mom if "we" were meaning her, dad and I... turns out it's now going to be at OUR house too as I had just volunteered it! Ah well, if only that would teach me to keep my big mouth shut!

So pulled this off of Brennan's blog and thought I'd see what my blog got rated.

This site is certified 75% GOOD by the Gematriculator

Sweet, only 25% evil! :D

So I'm definitely ready to go home, time to start packing pretty soon though. I can't wait to be back there, this place just isn't the same no matter what I do. It's not so bad when Dan's here though. He was up last weekend as he had a long weekend and we went for a couple of nice walks and lounged around a lot. I miss him...

Anywho, that's all I've got for the moment I think. By my weigh in on Tuesday I should be at the point where I will have lost 10 pounds since starting this diet! YAY! It's not nothing!
